By which parcel is the parcel sent?
There are two options:
Redpack (3-5 days) $ 127
Estafeta (1-2 days) $ 150 (does not apply to extended zones. If your address enters the extended zone, it will travel with Estafeta but it will arrive in 3-5 days)
How long does it take for my order to ship?
If your order is placed before 11 am, it leaves the same day.
Orders that come in from Friday (after 11 am) to Sunday, go out on Monday (next business day).
How can I track my package?
Once the shipment is made, you will receive your guide number to your email, so it is important that you verify that it is well written. You can track on the parcel site either RedPack or Estafeta or you can use a free application called Parcel.
Are there returns on body jewelry?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer exchanges or returns, so make sure you know the caliber, and the precise measurement you need. 😊
Are there international shipments?
Of course! International shipments go through Correos de México. The cost to everyone is $ 175. International orders go out on Thursday of each week.
⚠️ So far I have not had any problem with lost packages but it is always a risk that we can take. In this case unfortunately there are no refunds.
How can I track my international shipment?
Here you have to be a little more patient since it is not as accurate as a parcel within the country. But you can use Parcel, a free application. Your guide number starts with "RP". You need to put all the numbers to track it. Sometimes it takes a while to update but it is the most accurate I have found.
Once your package leaves Mexico and enters your country, you will be able to use your traditional mail site to track it, for example, in the United States, you can use USPS.
How long does it take for my international order to arrive ?
Sometimes it depends on your country, how far it is from Mexico and how good the mail system is in your country. Sometimes it takes the longest to clear customs. So be patient to countries like the US, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, England, Spain, Colombia, it takes between 3-5 weeks. Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Guatemala and Argentina, I have had packages that have taken up to 3 months to arrive 😅.
